Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These terms cover two things: using this website, and the general basis on which Webcomp Digitex takes on client work. The specific scope, price and timeline for any project are set out in that project’s own written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over anything general stated here.

Using this website

The content on webcomp.in — including case studies, pricing guidance and service descriptions — is provided for general information. We keep it accurate to the best of our knowledge, but specific figures (timelines, pricing ranges) can change and should be confirmed with us directly before you rely on them for a decision.

Intellectual property

The design, text, and code of this website belong to Webcomp Digitex unless otherwise stated. Portfolio work shown here remains the property of the respective clients or Webcomp Digitex, as agreed in each project’s own contract — it’s shown here for demonstration purposes with permission.

Client engagements

When you engage us for a project, the scope, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule and ownership terms are set out in a separate written proposal or contract specific to that engagement. General principles we work by:

  • We quote a fixed number before work starts, scoped to what you’ve told us you need.
  • Source code, hosting credentials and CMS access transfer to you at project completion and final payment, unless the specific agreement says otherwise.
  • Changes outside the original scope are quoted separately before we start on them, not billed after the fact.

Payment

Payment terms are set per project in its own agreement. Late payment may pause active work until the account is current.

Limitation of liability

We build to the best of our ability and stand behind our work, but we can’t guarantee specific business outcomes (traffic, rankings, revenue) that depend on factors outside a website or campaign itself — your market, your offer, and how it’s used after launch. Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project, except where limiting liability isn’t permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or this website change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
