Web App Development Agency in India

We build web apps from a studio in Pimple Saudagar, Pune, on the same clock as your team — and run our own multi-tenant SaaS product, Webcomp People, from the same building.

What you actually get

Same-timezone sprints, not a scheduled overlap window

There's no gap to plan around — sprint planning, reviews and quick product decisions happen inside a normal Indian working day, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. A question raised in a morning standup can realistically be built, reviewed and staged the same day, which changes how fast a product actually moves compared to a build running across a real timezone gap.

A studio you can actually walk into

We're based at Spot 18 Mall in Pimple Saudagar, Pune, a short drive from Wakad, Baner and the Hinjewadi IT corridor. If a sprint review or a scoping session is easier in person than over a call, that's not a special arrangement — it's a normal part of working with a team in the same city, or a short flight away.

A team that maintains what it builds

The team that shipped v1 doesn't step aside for a separate maintenance desk — they stay on for v2, bug fixes, and the features that only reveal themselves once real users are logging in daily. We hold ourselves to the same rule on Webcomp People, where the person who wrote a given module six months ago is still the one who gets paged if it breaks, not someone reading the code cold.

AI features and integrations scoped to one real task

AI gets scoped to a single job it can reliably do — drafting, summarising, catching an exception — and the real measure is whether anyone's still using it a week after we ship it, not how good the pitch sounded. We learned that discipline the hard way building Blogauto.ai, our own AI tool. The same logic applies to integrations with whatever systems your other vendors can't or won't connect to: built for your actual stack, not a generic off-the-shelf connector.

How this actually works

Working with a Pune-based product team from anywhere in India

There's no timezone problem to design a workflow around here. Whether your team is in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi or anywhere else in India, our studio hours — Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST — line up with yours exactly, so sprint planning, live reviews and same-day decisions are the default, not something scheduled around a gap the way it would be for an international client. A lot of the process on the international pages on this site exists specifically to work around a timezone gap that simply doesn't apply here.

For clients outside Pune, the process looks the same as it would for a client across town: code lands as pull requests you review at your own pace, the staging build gets refreshed every day, and anything that matters is written down instead of left to whoever remembers the call correctly. If you're in or near Pune, an in-person kickoff or sprint review is genuinely on the table at our studio in Pimple Saudagar — not every client wants that, but the option exists in a way it can't for our international clients.

We invoice in INR, with GST-compliant billing and a fixed-scope quote agreed in writing before a sprint starts. Source code, infrastructure credentials and admin access transfer to you at launch either way, whether you've visited the studio once or never at all.

India Web App & SaaS Development Cost Guide

01

What a Web App Costs in the Indian Market

Public software-development pricing guides across the Indian market generally place a lean MVP at roughly ₹4,00,000 to ₹12,00,000, a mid-complexity multi-tenant product with billing and integrations at ₹12,00,000 to ₹35,00,000, and an enterprise-grade build with heavier compliance or scale needs at ₹35,00,000 to ₹90,00,000 or more — a much wider spread than website pricing, since a product's cost tracks its data model and workflow complexity rather than a page count.

GST-compliant invoicing is worth confirming upfront with any Indian vendor rather than assumed, since a quote without a clear GST position isn't a real number yet. Beyond that, the same factors as any market drive the range: how much of the roadmap is genuinely new engineering versus wiring up existing services, and how involved the billing, multi-tenant and permissions logic is once real users are on the product.

These are general Indian market figures aggregated from public software-development pricing guides, not a Webcomp quote — product scope varies too much for a single number to mean much on its own. Every build is scoped against its actual data model and roadmap, priced by milestone or sprint, with a written contract agreed before work starts.

  • Lean MVP: ₹4,00,000–₹12,00,000 — single core workflow, minimal integrations.
  • Mid-complexity product: ₹12,00,000–₹35,00,000 — multi-tenant architecture, billing, standard integrations.
  • Enterprise-grade build: ₹35,00,000–₹90,00,000+ — compliance requirements, heavier scale, multiple integrated systems.

FAQ

Questions before you get started.

Both — most of our product development clients work with us fully remotely regardless of city, since there's no timezone gap to plan around anywhere in India. Pune-based or nearby teams also have the option of an in-person sprint review or kickoff if they'd prefer one.

A web app has accounts, a data model and ongoing application logic behind it — closer in scope to our SaaS product development work than to a marketing site. We scope and quote it accordingly, and we'll tell you plainly if a website is actually what you need instead.

Not a third-party client's, no — the two products we'd point to are our own: Webcomp People, a multi-tenant SaaS platform, and Blogauto.ai, an AI tool, both built and still run by this team. We say so directly rather than repackage our own software as client work.

Yes, invoicing is GST-compliant with a fixed-scope quote agreed in writing before a sprint starts.

By milestone or sprint against a scoped roadmap, not the fixed-page pricing we'd use for a website — a product's real cost tends to shift as usage data shapes the backlog. You'll still get an agreed budget range and a written contract in INR before a sprint starts.
