Web Development Agency Serving the USA — Built and Run from Pune

150+ websites shipped since 2019, including a rebuild for a US spine specialist that went from zero online enquiries to 2 to 3 new patients a week.

What you actually get

A build that already knows US expectations

Payment flows wired for Stripe and PayPal, accessibility patterns built with WCAG in mind rather than retrofitted after a complaint, and Core Web Vitals passing before handover — not fixed after a US visitor already bounced. We've already rebuilt a site for a US healthcare client, so the accessibility, compliance-awareness and booking-flow expectations of a US audience aren't new territory here.

One team, not a chain of subcontractors

The person who scopes your project in the first call is the same person who builds it and the same person you message after launch. A lot of US businesses working with an offshore team have been burned by a project handed between three different subcontractors with no one owning the outcome — that's not how this studio runs.

Ownership that doesn't depend on staying with us

Source code, hosting credentials and CMS access transfer to you at launch, hosted on US-region infrastructure if that's what your compliance or latency needs require. If you ever want to move the project to another team, you can, with everything you actually paid for.

A process built around the real timezone gap, not around pretending it isn't there

Pune is roughly 10.5 hours ahead of US Eastern and 13.5 ahead of Pacific, give or take daylight saving. Rather than promise round-the-clock overlap we don't have, we schedule live calls inside the window that actually works — see the section below — and run everything else async with written specs and recorded walkthroughs, so progress doesn't stall waiting on a call that has to happen at 2am for someone.

How this actually works

How a Pune-based team actually works with a client in the US

Our studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. Depending on whether you're on US Eastern or Pacific time and the time of year, that puts real-time overlap somewhere in your early morning — roughly 7:30 to 9:30am Eastern, a few hours earlier on the West Coast. We're upfront about that instead of pretending there's a full afternoon of overlap that doesn't exist.

In practice, that narrow window is used for the calls that actually need to be live — kickoff, key milestone reviews, anything where a back-and-forth conversation moves faster than an email thread. Everything else runs async: written specs instead of verbal briefs that get misremembered, Loom walkthroughs of a build instead of a scheduled screen-share, and a staging link updated the same day so you're reviewing real progress when you sit down in the morning, not waiting on us to wake up.

On the practical side: we invoice in USD, payable by international wire or card, with a standard written contract and IP transfer terms agreed before work starts. We don't have a US office or a US-registered entity — we're a Pune-based team working with US clients remotely, and we'd rather say that plainly than dress up a virtual address as a local presence.

The US Website Cost Guide

01

How Much Does a Website Cost in the USA?

Website pricing in the US covers an unusually wide range, and most of that spread comes down to what's being built rather than who's building it. Public pricing guides from US agencies, freelancers and marketplaces show a basic DIY or template-builder site running roughly $200 to $1,500, a professionally built mid-tier site landing between $1,500 and $8,000, and a full-service agency build — custom design, integrations, ongoing support — at $6,000 to $35,000 or more.

Where a specific US project lands in that range usually comes down to three things: how much custom functionality is involved, whether accessibility work needs to meet WCAG standards (a real cost driver for anything healthcare, finance or government-adjacent — we've built to that standard for a US healthcare client, and it adds genuine scoping time, not just a checkbox), and how many outside systems the site has to talk to, from Stripe and PayPal checkout to a booking tool or CRM.

These are general market figures aggregated from public pricing data, not a quote from us. We scope every US project individually against its actual pages, integrations and compliance needs, and you get a fixed number in writing before any work starts — not a range that quietly grows once you're already committed.

  • Basic / DIY: $200–$1,500 — a template-builder site with minimal custom functionality.
  • Mid-tier professional: $1,500–$8,000 — a custom-designed site from a freelancer or small studio, several pages, standard integrations.
  • Full-service agency: $6,000–$35,000+ — custom design, complex integrations, accessibility/compliance-grade builds, ongoing support.

FAQ

Questions before you get started.

No — we're a Pune, India based in-house team working with US clients remotely. We'd rather be upfront about that than claim a local presence we don't have.

Roughly your early morning — 7:30 to 9:30am US Eastern is a workable window, earlier on the West Coast. We reserve that slot for calls that genuinely need to be live and handle the rest asynchronously with written updates and recorded walkthroughs.

USD, payable by international wire transfer or card. Pricing is agreed and fixed before work starts, so there's no currency-conversion surprise on the final invoice.

You talk directly to the person building your site. There's no account manager layer translating your notes into a brief for someone else — the same in-house team scopes, builds and supports the project.
