Web Development Company Serving Canada
150+ websites shipped since 2019 by one in-house team, run with a process built around the real Canada–India timezone gap instead of pretending it isn't there.
What you actually get
A build wired for Canadian payments and hosting norms
CAD-ready checkout flows through Stripe where a store is involved, bilingual French/English support scoped in from the start for businesses that need it, and hosting placed on North American infrastructure if latency or data residency matters to your buyers.
One in-house team from scope to launch
The same team that scopes your project in the first call builds it and supports it after launch — no handoff to a different offshore vendor partway through, which is the complaint we hear most often from Canadian businesses who've tried offshore development before.
Ownership handed over at launch
Source code, hosting credentials and CMS access transfer to you when the site goes live. If you ever want to move the project elsewhere, you can — with everything you paid for, not a license to keep using what we built.
A live-call window that's honest about the timezone gap
Pune runs roughly 9.5 to 12.5 hours ahead of Canadian time zones depending on Eastern versus Pacific and daylight saving. Rather than promise overlap we don't have, we schedule live calls in the window that genuinely works — see below — and run the rest of the project async.
How this actually works
How a Pune-based team works with a client in Canada
Our studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. For Eastern Canada that overlaps your early morning, roughly 7:30 to 9:30am; for Pacific Canada it's earlier still, closer to 4:30 to 6:30am. We'd rather tell you that plainly than oversell a bigger overlap that doesn't exist.
That window is reserved for calls that genuinely benefit from being live — kickoff, key reviews, launch coordination. Everything else runs async: written specs so nothing depends on a verbal brief being remembered correctly, Loom walkthroughs of work in progress, and staging links updated the same day so you've got real progress to look at when your day starts.
We invoice in CAD or USD by international transfer or card, with a fixed quote and written contract agreed before work starts. We're a Pune-based studio without a Canadian office — we'll say that directly rather than let a virtual address imply otherwise. If timezone-sensitive support matters for launch week specifically, we can plan a shifted schedule for that window rather than defaulting to our normal studio hours.

Canada Website Pricing Guide
Website Cost Benchmarks for Canadian Businesses
Canadian website pricing splits along a similar line to the US, but with its own currency and its own recurring cost driver: bilingual French/English support. A basic informational site typically runs CA$2,500 to CA$5,500 in pricing guides published across the Canadian market, a mid-tier SEO-ready build lands between CA$4,000 and CA$10,000, and a custom or e-commerce build runs CA$6,000 to CA$25,000 or more.
For any business required or expected to serve Quebec or a bilingual national audience, French/English content isn't a translation layer bolted onto an English site — it's a second content structure the CMS has to support cleanly, and that adds real scoping time on top of whatever the base build costs. E-commerce is the other major swing factor: a store with CAD-ready checkout and North American hosting for latency costs meaningfully more than a brochure site, largely because of the payment integration and testing involved.
These are general Canadian market figures aggregated from public pricing guides, not a quote from us. Every project gets scoped against its own pages, bilingual requirements and integrations, with a fixed number agreed in writing before work starts.
- Basic informational: CA$2,500–5,500 — a small site, single language, minimal functionality.
- SEO-ready mid-tier: CA$4,000–10,000 — a custom build with standard integrations, often bilingual.
- Custom / e-commerce: CA$6,000–25,000+ — complex functionality, full bilingual support, payment integration.
What Actually Triggers a Bilingual Requirement in Canada
Not every Canadian business needs a bilingual site, but the businesses that assume they don't and turn out to be wrong usually find out from a Quebec-based customer complaint or a compliance requirement they hadn't scoped for. Federally regulated businesses and anything selling into Quebec specifically should confirm their own legal obligation under Quebec's language law before scoping — that's a legal question for your own counsel, not something we determine, but it's worth raising before a build starts rather than after.
Practically, we structure the CMS to support a second language cleanly from day one whenever bilingual is even a possibility, because retrofitting French content management onto an English-only content structure later is considerably more expensive than building for it upfront — new fields, new routing, new review workflow, on top of the actual translation cost. If there's a real chance the site goes bilingual within a year or two of launch, it's usually cheaper to build the CMS for it now and add the French content later than to rebuild the content architecture twice.
We'll ask about this directly during scoping rather than assuming — a Vancouver-only service business and a national Canadian retailer have very different answers to the same question, and the CMS structure should match which one you actually are.
FAQ
Questions before you get started.
For Eastern Canada, roughly 7:30 to 9:30am your time; earlier for the West Coast. We use that window for live calls and run the rest of the project asynchronously with written updates and recorded walkthroughs.
Yes, when it's scoped upfront — we structure the CMS to handle both languages cleanly rather than bolting on a translation plugin after launch.
We can invoice in CAD or USD, whichever is simpler on your end — the price is fixed before work starts either way.
No — we're a Pune, India based in-house team serving Canadian clients remotely, with a process built around the real timezone gap rather than a claim of local presence we don't have.
